Good Afternoon All ... never got around to trying the dumplings yet today ... might wait till morning.

I found another 'salvage' orchid today ... (i gotta quit looking!!)

found some more Morrocan Lamps too ... my little deck is looking sweet - put out my hybiscus - no blooms on it at the moment, but it is nice and full.

Seveen, did it come yesterday? Yippee! I was so hoping it would arrive fast fast. Kudo's to the PO! It looks like a bomb went off in my house between the Earth day festival and the Pet Expo &amp; my lil homestead has been sorely neglected. I has a pocket full of money though and today looks bleak and blustery so soon I'll put on my grime busters outfit, crank up some tunes and have at it. Yes, it's 43 degrees and windy as heck. My day is set.

I haven't been around this here yard much lately, I've been busier than a cat tryin to cover up [censored] on a marble floor making beads and selling the past couple of weekends. I have one market a week starting soon so I won't be around much in the foreseeable future either, but Seveen and the others can keep you entertained!

The little goddess is a mere 1 5/8 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide at the hips! All of them will have different shapes and colors with flowers and other decorations and no two will be exactly alike. Since they are mostly gravity formed I just let the glass god's dictate the shape. The goddess in the picture is decorated by melting fine silver and mixing it with the ivory glass. I finally found a good use for fine silver, lol!

I have several pieces of jewelry and a big handful of beads on hand right now that I'll photograph and list sometime this week if I have any left but I'll be making them at least through the summer as they've been great sellers!

I've got two stores on etsy now and a website and a blog. My website has been neglected and my jewelry store is lacking an update and I have a huge amount of things to add, just haven't had time to photograph and list it all. That's my job for the next week or so, to get that done. I've been doing more business locally so didn't need to take pics and write all the descriptions and such, which is a huge amount of work!

Then I recently opened a store just for my hand made glass beads, but keeping my beads long enough to photograph and list hasn't worked very well. Now after the two shows I'll take what I have and start listing it in the beads for sale store as well...

Even my poor blog has been neglected lately but I'm sure to be adding a lot more entries once the weather straightens out! I can't even photograph anything today, the wind is so fierce it would blow beads and jewelry right off my table! I shoot pics outside for maximum natural lighting as to show the true colors as closely as possible.

Well, I have started with the cleaning. My first task was to remove the winter coats and jackets from the kitchen closet and put them into a storage closet! It's cold enough out there for a winter jacket today hence, I ain't goin out there.

Yesterday at the Earth day Festival I was selling at I wore:

long underwear tops and bottoms

cotton turtleneck

chenille sweater

heavy large sweatshirt

wool socks

flannel lined mocassins!

And I FROZE by afternoon. It was still fun though, it's the time I catch up with friends after a long winter and the first festival of the year to break out the new stuff and hope it will be well received!


Ok, back to the cleaning! Time for the entryway. Or the main bathroom. Or, the kitchen. Or somewhere. YIKES I have a mess...
